A cleaning company or maid service is a great alternative and answer to this problem providing that you find the right one. When looking for such a service, check their references, be specific about what you want done and be sure about what they are willing to do, and find a service that best suits your budget. Whatever you do, do not just hand over your keys to anyone and it would probably be in your best interest to supervise them if it is their first time in your home.
