But for this to become a reality you have to study the market, talk to the experts and get third-party evaluations.
Before you sign on the dotted line, get a professional assessor to give the property a thorough inspection to make sure that everything is structurally sound; check with the local city council to make sure that you can make additions onto the property; and consider your neighbourhood and what you are going to do with the house because you should always factor in the resale value.
